This past month, we were fortunate to help host a cooking class in celebration of the beautiful new cookbook from the equally lovely Ashley Rodriguez, Date Night In. Ashley's recipes are designed to be made with and enjoyed by loved ones, so we chose to create a rustic and familial scene in which to enjoy the meal.
Inspired by the Italian influences on the feast we created, our friends at Fox Fodder Farm created arrangements from a collection of rustic greens.
The Menu | Antipasto | Caccio e Pepe | Herb- Butter Roasted Chicken | Maple-Coriander Roasted Carrots | Grapefruit and Olive Oil Cake with bittersweet chocolate
The table was simply decorated with each napkin adorned with olive branches, rosemary sprigs, and sage leaves. As a parting gift, we created small bottles of our favorite Italian olive oil.
