For our ROOTS Dinner this past February, we chose to focus on being grounded, and on highlighting the beauty of the hearty, fortifying ingredients of the Winter Season. With that in mind, we kept the decoration simple and raw.
We sprayed large fallen branches with gold paint before having them hung from the ceiling by our friends Taylor and Anna of Fox Fodder Farm.
The table was laid simply, with white cheese cloth and muslin napkins, with an abundance of white candles perched in copper caps. The new Cow's Milk bar from Mast Brothers Chocolate made for the perfect parting gift.
