Recipe |Broiled Citrus Toast + Ricotta Toast


A welcomed pop of color in these dreary winter months - toasts and crostinis are a go-to at the studio. We are quite lucky that our neighborhood shop stocks incredible fresh breads and ricotta. We can then get creative with the toppings, this is a broiled citrus toast, atop a hefty pile of fresh ricotta, drizzled with honey. Sunday Supper | Salt of the Earth


This communal cooking dinner was dedicated to the art of cooking with salt. We paired seasonal plates with a selection of natural and infused sea salts and the class was led by our chef Christina Liva, showing us how to make salts at home and create off-beat flavor profiles in our cooking. Our Studio


Our 1500 square foot daylight studio is located in Brooklyn, NY. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line commercial grade equipment by DCS and Fisher and Paykel. Twelve foot windows with Northern exposures create a beautiful, consistent and diffused daylight.

The studio is our center for cooking classes, dinners, workshops and shoots. It is also available for rental. More information is available here.
